Dominos Australia to launch pizza roulette with one slice covered in Carolina Reaper Chilli Pepper

With Halloween just around the corner, Domino’s Australia is set to spice things up with the launch of its new pizza ‘roulette’.

Customers who dare to ‘roll the spice dice’ can try the Halloween Pizza Roulette by ordering any pizza on a classic base from the menu â€" and one slice will come ‘possessed’ with the scorching hot chilli sauce for free. 

Made with the hottest chilli in the world, the Carolina Reaper Chilli Pepper, which ranks at a blazing 2.2 million on the Scoville Scale, diners can ‘trick’ or ‘treat’ their unsuspecting friends or family.

The only catch is you won’t know which slice of pizza the spicy addition is hiding on, so be prepared as the Reaper Chilli Sauce makes you ‘sweat’ with every bite.

The pizza roulette is available from October 25 to October 31, or until sold out.

Domino’s Australia and New Zealand chief marketing officer Adam Ballesty said those who experienced last year’s Pizza Roulette will be in for a surprise. 

‘We’re turning up the heat this Halloween with Domino’s Reaper Chilli Sauce â€" it really is like a game of roulette,’ he said.

‘If you love chilli, then you’ll want to be the lucky one to bite into the slice possessed with heat, but if you’re spice adverse… well, RIP tastebuds.

‘We’ve added a warning label to every box, so that should indicate the level of spiciness we’re talking here â€" there’s no tricking going on with this sauce.’
